The Importance of Loss Runs
Loss Runs (Loss History/Claim History) are official reports from carriers showing a building’s claim activity. No carrier will offer a formal quote without analyzing the loss history of a commercial property. Loss Runs can be obtained from the current agent or, if that is not successful, directly from the carrier.
