Loss Runs (Loss History/Claim History) are official reports from
carriers showing an association’s claim activity. No
carrier will offer a formal quote without analyzing the loss
history of an association. Loss Runs can be obtained by the
board or manager from the association’s current agent,
or directly from the carrier.
